How to MANAGE TIME effectively
1. Just Do It!!!
Sometimes, doing things in a random order rather than having a perfect schedule for it may be the key in getting them done in the first place. Seems abnormal but trust me it works!
We tend to rather spend our time chalking down how to do things rather than actually doing them. Let’s say for example you wanted to complete your studies today and you spent an hour just jotting down the perfect timetable. Instead you could have just started completing the work at hand and saved wasting your time in making a timetable which you wouldn’t have followed anyways.
2. Time Boxing
Time boxing is essentially the practice of setting a fixed amount of time for each task and integrating the resulting time blocks in your daily schedule. This is currently used by the top project managers all across the world to get their projects done within the stipulated deadline.
Many other notable personalities like Elon Musk and Bill Gates have been using this method to plan their daily schedule.
3. Beat Procrastination
Procrastination and productivity do not go hand in hand. Procrastination actually ends up taking a toll on one’s productivity.
Now the thing is human brains are kind of programmed to procrastinate. You do it, I do it, we all have done this at some point or the other. Now instead of learning the hard way it’s smarter to learn through others experiences. If you pay close attention, the reason why a person is less productive always sums up and comes down to procrastination.
